What a fantastic trip we have had!

This was Andrew’s third trip this year, Drew’s second with first timer Trev and as always Marion and Pete make us feel so welcomed due to their amazing hospitality. They are both such kind hearted people! Thank you both for looking after us this week, we are very excited for our next trip in April 2017.

From a fishing point of view, it was absolutely spot on. Trev had quiet days to start with but then he performed well towards the end with each of his catches beating his previous PB ending up with a best of just over 41lbs! Andy out did us all and bagged himself 9 beauties and Drew managed to break his PB with the best fish of the week – a lovely 48.9lb common! Overall, 21 fish, 693 lbs total weight for an average weight of 33lbs – a great weeks fishing!

Overall we all had a brilliant trip, the lakes, scenery and accommodation were as beautiful as ever and we are already counting down the days to the next trip!
