1. Bookings will be confirmed by us in writing upon receipt of the signed booking form and required deposit. This may be considered our formal acceptance of your booking and you are then free to book flights or ferries.
2. The person signing the booking form confirms that he/she has read the Terms and Conditions and has the authority to book on behalf off all the other persons included in the holiday.  All correspondence will be with this named individual who will be considered liable for all costs and charges on behalf of the party.
3. Deposit will be 30% of the total cost of your holiday package.
4. Deposits are non refundable in the event you cancel your booking.
5. The balance of the cost of your holiday must be paid no later than 10 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 10 weeks of departure must pay the whole amount immediately. If payment of the balance is not made by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund of deposits.
6. We require a £50 deposit per person to cover any damage/breakages to your high quality holiday accommodation. This will become payable with the balance of your holiday. Provided there is no damage or breakages your deposit will be refunded 7 days after your departure from Puyravaud. This element of your deposit is fully refundable should you cancel your holiday.
7. Should you hire any fishing equipment from us, the cost of this hire is payable with the balance of your holiday. We require a £100 deposit per person against the cost of hire to cover for any damage to that equipment. In the event of loss or damage to that equipment, you will be charged the full cost of replacing that equipment. This particularly applies to the Fly in/ Fly out package where we are effectively renting you equipment that has a value of well over £1000 per angler.
8. Once a deposit is paid, your holiday price is guaranteed against any increases.
9. Your high quality accommodation will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
10. The number of people allowed in your accommodation is fixed at the time of booking. Changes must be agreed with us before the start of your holiday.
11. In the event that you, or any member of your party, breach these conditions, we reserve the right to ask your party to leave immediately and we will not be liable for any refund or compensation claim.
12. Your party will be liable for any damage caused during your stay.
13. We are not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage by public services to the property or for any loss, damage or injury sustained by your party whilst on our property
14. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the rental.
15. In the event of substantial damage to the property prior to your arrival, we will refund all sums paid within 7 days or offer an alternative holiday of similar quality and value.
16. Please note that the pool may be affected by atmospheric conditions that render it unusuable for some/all of your stay. The owners will do everything to ensure it is available, but cannot be held responsible if the pool cannot be used. No refund will be given if this situation occurs.
17. The lead member of the party and all other members agree :-

To be considerate tenants and take good care of the property at all times

To leave the property in a clean and tidy condition

To respect the environment around Puyravaud at all times

To minimise noise at all times

To respect the fish and wildlife of Puyravaud at all times

You are strongly advised to purchase Travel, Breakdown, Medical and Public Liability insurance for your group as we accept no liability for costs and expenses incurred by you if you do not obtain it.
