In the event of a cancellation caused by issues outside of our control (forced closure of lakes by DDT due to damage, damage to properties caused by weather etc) our liability extends only to repay holiday deposit and balances for the Puyravaud element (not flights or ferries or other costs associated with the cancellation). We will make every effort to offer other dates where possible to ensure holiday plans can be carried out. For Covid 19 related delays, please see Item 3.
