As regular visitors to the site will know, Kingfisher Lake is closed for the 2019 season. We are progressing with plans for the dam wall renovation and work should start in September 2019 and last for about 3 weeks. We are still waiting for confirmation from the contractor, but we are hoping that the work will be complete by early October. This will allow us to refill the lake and re-stock late in 2019, so we are fully ready to re-open the lake in 2020.

We have decided to only take one booking per week in 2020 to ensure that, if there are any unforeseen delays with Kingfisher, no customers will be affected and we are almost certain now that all our 2020 visitors will have two lakes to fish as part of their package.

For 2021, we are likely to revert back to our norm of taking bookings for the barn and Heron Lake and cottage and Kingfisher Lake.
